Cardiocondyla koshewnikovi Ruzsky, 1902

Several series of this species was collected near from salt lake Baskunchak. Known also by Ruzsky's (1907) literature reference for Sarepta (south of Volgograd at present) – “fauna of salt marshes in the vicinity of Sarepta” (originally in Russian: “фауна солонцовъ окрестностей Сарепты”).
